Centra adjustable glas front sight ring, unmarked, M18 2,3 - 4,3 / 1,6 mm black

Well worth getting this adjustable front ring. After mucking about with single sizes I decided to get this front ring to allow adjustment on the fly to suit changing light conditions. Its another quality Centra product.

Like Peter H. Id tried a few fixed front apertures, with the Centra High End range.

Id been getting headaches when practicing. Somehow Id got the idea into my head that a narrow front aperture was good. It might be for some, but older folk definitely appreciate going above 3.8mm, which was then the largest High End I had to-hand.

Someone kindly lent me an M18 adjustable front sight ring. I immediately liked it, but didnt like the 2.0mm ring thickness. When ordering my own I went for the 1.6mm, to match my High Ends, but it really is personal choice.

Ive got my set to 4.5mm diameter now, having gradually increased it from 4.2mm. For 100 yards I prefer 4.3mm unless its a bit gloomy.

In normal sunshine I invariably find a 0.7mm rear-sight iris aperture and the front aperture set to 4.5mm does the trick for me; no eyestrain at all, meaning no headache.

I also ordered a Centra FS filter, in Blue, to fit to the front of the foresight. Just to match my most-often used rear-sight iris color. That reduces eye-work even more.

As usual, everything delivered rapidly from Buinger, at a great price.

Saves trying all many different sized sight rings and it can be adjusted on-the-fly as conditions or my eyes change.

habe leider beim bestellen den Verstellbereich nicht beachtet. Ändert aber nichts daran, das auch hier die Entscheidung top war. Habe top Ergebnisse erzielt. Trotz allem aheb ich es noch einmal geordert in anderer Größe. So kann ich mit beiden Varianten üben.

Bin von den Centra Produkten begeistert und kann diese nur empfehlen. Das einstellbare Ringkorn erspart das Wechseln der Lochkorne und somit Zeit.
